About me
Michael G. Williams is the Network Security Team Lead for UNC Chapel Hill's Information Security Office, working in every area from day-to-day change control to long-term planning and campus community outreach, He has worked in dedicated security roles since 1999, in both private industry and the public sector, with a focus on large telecomm companies and higher education. Michael believes vital components of any information security strategy are availability, approachability, and collegial collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
