ITS launched its @UNCTarHeelTech Instagram (and Threads!) account in July 2023. In the year since, we’ve learned a lot about how we can use Instagram as part of our messaging, awareness and marketing strategy. We’ll discuss what has — and hasn’t — worked for us, the nuts and bolts and share metrics (beyond the likes) for our best-performing posts. We’ll also have plenty of time to answer questions you have about starting (or continuing) your own IT-focused Instagram account.
